Terms of Service

Zaogemo is a browser-based parametric 3D workbench: natural-language and image-guided script generation, online editing and preview, STL export, cloud sync, a public Plaza, and an AI agent billed by model. We may change, interrupt, or add features, and we will try to limit disruption for existing users.

• You must be at least 14 years old and able to enter into these terms.
• Provide a valid email address and keep activity on your account under your control.
• Do not register with plus-tagged email aliases. Do not sell, lend, or share your account.
• When registration is open, we may create an account the first time an email is used.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or security risk.

You may not use the service for unlawful, infringing, or abusive activity, including:

• Creating or spreading illegal, infringing, fraudulent, malware, or clearly harmful content.
• Interfering with, probing, or bypassing security, credits, or access controls.
• Unauthorized scraping, bulk downloading, or reselling the service or its output.
• Uploading work you do not have rights to, or infringing others’ IP, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Using the service to design weapons, explosives, or other controlled items, or any use we reasonably consider dangerous.

You keep rights in the scripts, parameters, prompts, and images you create. To operate the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, back up, display, process, and generate derived previews (such as thumbnails). We use that license only to provide and improve Zaogemo, not to sell your unpublished models to third parties.

If you publish a model to Plaza or share it with a public link, you allow other users to view it, fork it, and use it in the ways the page provides. You represent that you have the right to grant that permission.

AI-generated scripts, dimensions, and suggestions are assistance only. They may be inaccurate, unprintable, or unsafe. You must check geometry, tolerances, materials, and intended use, and you are responsible for any physical part and its consequences. We do not warrant that output meets engineering, medical, aerospace, or safety standards.

Content you send to the agent is forwarded to third-party model providers. Do not submit confidential information or other people’s personal data that you are not allowed to share.

New users may receive starter credits. Later usage is deducted from your credit balance at per-model rates. Credits, rates, and whether billing is enforced may change. Unused promotional credits are generally not refundable or transferable. If paid top-ups are offered, prices and payment methods will be shown at the time of purchase.

The site, brand, interface, documentation, and underlying software belong to Zaogemo or its licensors. Except as expressly granted, we do not license our trademarks or source code to you. Built-in example scripts may be used for learning and forking as described in the product.

Sign-in, hosting, email, and AI inference rely on Cloudflare, Google, OpenRouter, and similar providers. They have their own terms and privacy policies. Outages or changes on their side may affect Zaogemo, and we are not responsible for their independent acts.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. Browser CAD, cloud sync, and AI output can all fail.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaogemo and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the service in the three months before the claim; if you paid nothing, the cap is RMB 100. Mandatory consumer protections are not limited by this section.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or end the service for violations, prolonged inactivity, legal requirements, or if we shut down. After termination, unpublished content is deleted or anonymized as described in the Privacy Policy. Public Plaza content may remain unless you ask us to handle it.

We may revise these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with an updated date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will try to notice it on the site. Continued use means you accept the revision.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be resolved amicably; if that fails, they will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction at our domicile. Mandatory statutory jurisdiction is unaffected.
